A beautiful city

Located in western Kent, 21 miles south-east of Charing Cross, Sevenoaks is a commuter town close to the main line from the capital. Easily accessed, the city is situated at the junction of two main routes from the north. On the same hand, there are 2 major railway stations on the outskirts and 2 in Sevenoaks itself. Acting as terminal for the suburban stopping services to both Blackfriars and the London Charing Cross, the main station is located on the south eastern main line.

Places to stay and things to do

The city of Sevenoaks wears its long history well and provides to its residents and visitors a slice of traditional Kent life, with a myriad of places to stay and things to do.

For a guided medieval park walk across a picturesque landscape, visit the Knole Park on Saturdays. You will enjoy a tour through the last medieval deer park of Kent and luckily spot the strong herd of friendly deer. Bring your food and drink and picnic rug to Ightham Moat and enjoy a live show of Gilbert and Sullivan's Pirates of Penzance. Perfect for children as much as for adults, the comedy is staged on an open-air platform.

While you are busy visiting the other hidden spots of the city of Sevenoaks, Max & Kitty offers pet parents a wide variety of services, from home boarding, foster pet care and pet sitting, to dog walking or overnight care. All the services are completely customised to meet the needs of each pet and their pet parents.
